Special Poster Program for CVBs and Chambers of Commerce
TIC has a new program to help communities spread the word about local events  TIC has created a Special Events Poster Program in Rest Area Travel Information Centers. A 22" x 36" outdoor display frame with a brochure holder mounted below is being offered to CVBs and Chambers of Commerce as a venue to display event information.

The poster frames are weatherproof, non-illuminated, with a lock. CVBs or Chambers renting the space are responsible for installing and updating the poster and brochures to keep information current. Sub-let of the space is allowed, so there is the potential to use this program to offset poster and brochure production costs. TIC will keep the poster displays clean as part of our regular cleaning schedule. The cost is $800 per year for the first location, and $400 per year for the second.

Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with preference given to the CVB nearest the Info Center location. For a map of Info Center locations, please visit: http://www.oregontic.com/sales/rest-map.php.

The Salem Convention and Visitors Association was the first to take advantage of this new program, and have posters on display at the South Baldock Rest Area on I-5 South near Wilsonville, and at the Santiam Rest Area on I-5 North located just south of Salem. Thank you SCVA for supporting this new program to serve travelers.

For more information about the Special Events Poster Program, please contact Craig Tutor, TIC Development and Marketing Manger.
